Owner / Managing Director
Jeff has over 20 years Senior Leadership and Strategic experience including CEO and General Management positions across some iconic Australian and International companies. He brings a diverse set off skills and value to our clients, suppliers, and staff. Jeff is co-owner, and Managing Director.
Jess is an extremely capable executive who has run not for profit Medical Research Foundation, Captain Courageous for over 9 years. In 2017 Jess was recognised with an Order of Australia Medal for her work. Prior to her work in not for profit, Jess held a number of roles within the finance industry working for several multinational organisations. She also has a background in HR, after a successful career in the recruitment industry. Jess is co-owner and a member of our Advisory Board
Compliance & HR Manager
Tristan is an experienced leader with a strong career history in management and operations, including over ten years’ experience in health, safety, recruitment, training, environment and compliance. He has an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. An encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, as well as excellent relationship-building skills, Tristan is dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance.
Alex is an experienced, proactive and goal driven manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings a variety of skills to KPS including management of schedules, scope, project financials, contract administration and stakeholder management. Alex has significant experience in projects of various sizes in many industries.
Minor Works Manager
Jeff is a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff brings a variety of skills to KPS including Stakeholder liaisons,experienced knowledge of joinery methods, negotiating contracts and quality control management. Jeff has gathered experience managing different projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and scheduling projects accordingly. Jeff has been a proactive project manager since the start of his career, he has managed multiple construction and fit-out projects which meets his key area of expertise.
Business Development Manager
Michael is passionate and experienced with an extensive background in residential and commercial work. Skilled at working with clients to provide seamless communication and high-level services. Bringing forth leadership, dedication, and over seventeen years of experience working on residential and commercial projects. Michael is very focussed on delivering the right results for our customers.
With vast experience in electrical contracting, maintenance, and facility management, Steve has held roles from sub-contractor to project manager. He has nurtured an understanding of personal responsibility, ensuring safe, high quality and efficient outcomes are always met. His expertise extends from small jobs to major renovations, covering planned and unplanned maintenance, building services, and stakeholder engagement.
Service Operations Manager
Daniel is an experienced leader with over 20 years in the maintenance and construction industry. He supports KPS with skills and knowledge in Commercial Construction, Facilities Management, Change Management and Commercial Contract delivery. Driven by success, Daniel’s knowledge allows him to lead teams to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
Senior Service Technician
Kevin is a cabinet maker and carpenter by trade. He has been with Kennedy Property Services for over 20 years and has built an incredible working knowledge of many Adelaide buildings as well as an amazing capability to fix just about anything.
Projects Supervisor (Construction)
Adam has over 17 years’ experience, having started his career as an apprentice with KPS. He has built his career working in all facets of the business from carpenter to supervisor and now project management. He enjoys spending time coaching/training within the team and is our subject matter expert within the aluminium construction area.
Ben is an experienced carpenter, having exceled in both commercial and residential project environments. Driven by a strong focus on quality, he is hardworking, thorough, and dedicated to ensuring the best outcome for our clients. He has over 12 years’ experience and enjoys the problem-solving element of his role.
Projects Supervisor (Minor Works)
Shaun has 14 years’ experience within both large and small scale projects in the residential and commercial spaces. He has spent half his career in supervisory roles and prides himself on his strong interpersonal skills. Shaun’s effective stakeholder management allows him to showcase his high-quality output and end results, whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Supervisor (Construction)
Jack brings with him over 10 years of experience in commercial building. He is a trusted leader, who is passionate and committed to growth within the business. Jack has developed from Carpenter, Supervisor to Project Management. He is driven by his strong principles, which is demonstrated in the quality work he consistently delivers.
Yolanda started her career as a mechanical tradesperson and uses her technical experience to understand and offer strong customer solutions. With over ten years experience in service support roles, she enjoys the challenges of the reactive service environment. Yolanda’s client relationships are pivotal to the success of the broader service team.
Georgie has over five years scheduling experience, and prides herself on her ability to build client relationships through her great communication skills and drive to deliver expectations. Her aptitude to problem solve under pressure makes her a great asset to the service team.
